Community Guidelines

Talent Streamer was created by a group that wanted to bring the entertainment world together. We wanted to provide a portal for people with talent who want to showcase it to and share their interests with people all over the world to have a platform to be able to do so. There are so many types and levels of talent out there which is why we go by the mantra “we don’t constitute what talent is you do”. If it is something that you enjoy doing then please showcase here what you love to do. We want to build a positive community for our Talent Streamer members and encourage them to express their talents in a positive and fun way sharing and communicating with like minded people.

Talent Streamer exists to provide you with a space to showcase your talents and share your life. As such, we do not allow you to upload\link videos that are commercial in nature or videos that you did not make yourself. See the Upload\linking Guidelines below for more details.

The Internet is a fantastic place, but we have all noticed that it can also provide people with the means to insult and harass others without taking the full responsibility for their words. A community that allows that type of behavior will quickly decay, so we insist that while you are on Talent Streamer you respect the people you encounter including their video and audio material. Let people know what you think. Feedback's part of the experience and, when done with respect, can be a great way to make friends, share stories and make your time on Talent Streamer richer. So leave comments.

You are free to disagree, with other peoples reviews and provide constructive criticism, but you are not free to attack people simply for your amusement. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't say it on Talent Streamer. If you cannot conduct yourself in a respectful manner, you will be removed.

You may not like everything that you see. Some of the content here may offend you—if you find that it violates our Terms of Use, then report it under the video you're watching or audio you are listening to, this will be submitted for review by the Talent Streamer staff. If it doesn't, then just consider clicking something else—why waste time watching videos that you don't like?

Talent Streamer aims to build a vibrant community of intelligent and creative people. We strongly encourage you to find people who share your interests and connect with them here. The more you interact with the community, the more interest in your work there will be. Get involved and you will enjoy the rewarding experience that Talent Streamer can provide

Upload\Linking Guidelines

In order to upload\link\link to Talent Streamer you must own or hold all necessary rights (copyrights, etc.) to the videos and audio and follow the rules set forth in our Community Guidelines. If you do not follow these simple rules, we reserve the right to delete your upload\linked content and/or your Talent Streamer account without warning.

PLEASE NOTE: these guidelines are for your convenience and information, and should be read together with the Talent Streamer Terms of Service which govern your use of Talent Streamers site and services.

Upload\Link ONLY videos and audios you create and have the necessary permissions to link. You may only upload\link videos and audios you have created yourself or participated closely to help create.

Do Not Upload\link Videos and audios Intended for Commercial use. You may not upload\link commercials, infomercials, or demos that actively sell or promote a product or service.

• Businesses may not use Talent Streamer to externalize their hosting costs.
• You may not upload\link videos and audios containing ads before or after the video and audio, unless given prior written permission from an authorized member of the Talent Streamer staff. Videos and audios with any advertisements in them, including links to commercial sites, regardless of content, will be removed.
• You may not upload\link videos and audios pertaining to Multi Level Marketing (MLM), get rich quick, cash gifting, work from home business, or any other dubious money making ventures.
• You may not upload\link product promotions or sales videos and audios, such as real estate walkthroughs.
• We reserve the right to allow certain commercial content for those businesses who have coordinated sponsored advertising campaigns or direct partnerships with Talent Streamer.

Content restrictions No gameplay videos, "fan vids", sexually explicit videos, or music videos, movies, TV, and trailers that you found on the web.

• No sexually explicit material or porn.
• No videos and audios that incite hatred, include hate speech, defamatory or discriminatory speech or videos depicting unlawful acts or extreme violence.
• You may post videos of yourself on TV, as long as you have the permission to upload\link and the video is limited to your involvement in the program only.
• No videos and audios that are just compilations of scenes from TV or movies.
